At ExpAirfare LLC, we understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy is designed to provide clarity on the cancellation process, refund eligibility, and modification procedures.

By making a booking with ExpAirfare LLC, you agree to the following terms:

Flight & Hotel Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel their bookings directly through ExpAirfare LLC by calling our 24/7 customer support.
  • Cancellation Fees: A standard service fee of $25 per booking applies. However, the final cancellation charge depends on the airline and hotel policies.
  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Most flight and hotel bookings are non-refundable.
    • In certain cases, cancellations may be allowed with a high cancellation fee as determined by the airline or hotel.
  • Cancellation Timeframe:
    • To be eligible for any refund, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking.
    • Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund or may incur significant penalties.

Other Travel Services (Car Rentals, Vacation Packages, etc.)

  • Cancellation policies vary by service provider.
  • Some services may be non-refundable, depending on the terms set by the travel supplier.
  • Please contact our customer support team for specific cancellation terms related to your booking.

Refund Policy

  • All refunds are processed by ExpAirfare LLC on behalf of the airline, hotel, or other travel service provider.
  • Refunds typically take 7-14 business days to reflect in the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of booking.

Modification & Rescheduling

  • Customers may modify their flight or hotel bookings based on the change policies of the airline or hotel.
  • Modification Fees:
    • Fees vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider.
    • Any difference in fare or price must be paid by the customer.
  • Advance Notice Requirement:
    • Flight modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before departure.
    • Hotel modifications must be requested at least 24 hours before check-in.

No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations

  • If a customer fails to check in for a flight or hotel reservation, the booking is considered a no-show and is completely non-refundable.
  • Last-minute cancellations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Situations)

  • In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, airline strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances, ExpAirfare LLC will assist customers in obtaining refunds, subject to the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider.
